Caitlin Grant

Caitlin Grant (she/her) is the Wild Oaks Outreach Director. As a business development professional with significant experience In marketing and creative direction, Caitlin oversees all of Wild Oaks and Richmond Creative Counseling's brand management, outreach efforts, outcomes research, and community partnerships. She has spent the past 6+ years working on the business development side of eating disorders treatment, which she describes as incredibly rewarding. Caitlin's business development, marketing, and outreach work has resulted in hundreds of individuals receiving life-saving treatment and has helped various regions of the country better understand mental health.

Outside of Wild Oaks and Richmond Creative Counseling, Caitlin is an award-winning podcaster. She developed, produces, and hosts a successful podcast focused on women in particular film genres. She hosts trivia nights throughout the local Richmond community and enjoys board games and spending time with her beloved cat, Hocus.
